Dr. Chizoba C. Obi is a board-certified nephrologist based in Bryan, Texas. He is affiliated with CHI St. Joseph Regional Health Center. He also board certified in both Internal Medicine and has additional certification in Hypertension Management.
Dr. Obi earned his medical degree from the University of Nigeria Faculty of Medicine, followed by residency in Internal Medicine at St. Mary’s Health Center in St. Louis. He then completed his fellowship in Nephrology at Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston.
With over 25 years of medical experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his patients.
Nephrologists specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of kidney-related conditions, including hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, acute kidney failure, chronic kidney disease, and renal replacement therapies such as dialysis and kidney transplantation, amongst others.
